Brian K. Phelt is a second-generation Realtor with extensive experience and a deep connection to the San Antonio community. Holding both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Brian brings specialized expertise to his real estate practice.

From 1999 to 2016, Brian served as a Police Officer with the City of San Antonio, gaining valuable insights into the local market and community dynamics. His keen understanding of the area’s business, real estate, and activity trends has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Brian is a dedicated member of NARPM, having served as the President of the Texas State Chapter in 2021 and 2022, and as the past president of the San Antonio NARPM Chapter in 2019. His commitment to excellence in property management was recognized when he received the Property Management Specialist of the Year award from the San Antonio Board of Realtors in 2019.

Samantha is a passionate property manager with over 2 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. She focuses on owner and tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management to ensure properties are efficiently run and well cared for.

Outside of work, Samantha is an Arizona native who moved to Texas in 2022. She enjoys spending time with her son and driving him around to all of his sporting events. Daniel Garcia was born in Calvillo, Aguascalientes, and raised in Oklahoma, where he developed a strong connection to both his roots and the vast landscapes of the American Midwest. A graduate of Southeast High School, Daniel is a dedicated family man, happily married with five children. Jose Manuel Sainz Saavedra was born in Mexico City and raised in Monterrey, Nuevo León. He attended the American School Foundation of Monterrey, where he cultivated his early academic interests. Although he initially pursued a degree in architecture, Jose Manuel made the decision to leave his studies before completing the program.

Jose Manuel has been married twice and is a proud father to one son and two daughters. He is also a grandfather to a granddaughter and a grandson. In addition to his family, he shares his home with a couple of beloved dogs.

A sports enthusiast, Jose Manuel has a particular fondness for golf, having achieved the remarkable feat of a hole-in-one. His professional journey took him to McAllen, Texas, where he spent 10 years working and building his career.

Roger Selvera, originally from Evanston, Illinois, moved to San Antonio, Texas, in 1974. A proud military veteran, Roger served in the armed forces from 1983 to 1989, dedicating himself to his country during those formative years. Outside of his professional and military life, he has a deep love for music, often immersing himself in its diverse sounds. Roger is also an avid cigar enthusiast, appreciating the relaxation and craftsmanship that comes with enjoying a fine cigar. Today, he continues to live in San Antonio, balancing his passions for music, cigars, and the experiences gained from his years of service.

James T. Rios is originally from Odessa, Texas he made the move to San Antonio in 2021, where he began his real estate career and earned his license in 2022. A family man at heart, he prioritizes meaningful connections and enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. Outside of real estate, James is a passionate foodie who loves to discover new culinary experiences, and he has a strong passion for travel, always seeking out new places to explore.
